Chris Stout founded AutoSolutions in August 2003 in response to specific needs that existed in the automotive marketplace. Dealerships experienced a lack of innovation, high staff turnover, and insufficient local hands-on training. The AutoSolutions team began to work to change the state of the industry. Today, AutoSolutions partners with more than 70 dealerships across 14 states and continues to grow. AutoSolutions Specialists work hard with our dealer partners to recruit, train and develop the very best finance personnel in the industry. All AutoSolutions team members possess strong automotive backgrounds as Finance Directors, Sales Managers and General Managers, so they understand what it takes to be successful in this competitive environment. AutoSolutions brings stable consistent service from each of its Finance Specialists who have been with the company an average of ten years.

Appearance Protection

Paint Protection Protects your vehicle from the effects of acid rain, spotting, fading, oxidation, and loss of gloss. 

Fabric Protection Protects the interior fabric by preventing stains and discoloration allowing for quick and easy clean up. 

Leather Protection Inhibits UV damage, drying and the loss of soft, supple texture, fading, discoloration, staining, premature aging and cracking, rips, tears and burns. 

Bundled Packages

We have customizable bundle packages that include ancillary products to provide your customers opportunities to protect their vehicle. We provide up to eight different products for these custom packages.

Pre-Paid Maintenance

These plans cover the regularly scheduled maintenance listed in the owner’s manual and help insure customer retention in the service department. Customizable - Dealer determines services included, service intervals and redemption amounts. Branded - All materials branded for the dealership, driving customer retention. Standardized - Programs for all models are standardized. Service based - No class codes/programs separated by model/engine. Reporting - Built-in online reporting features.

Wealth Management

Available Programs

RETRO PROGRAM  

Our Retro program is designed to get your money in your hands faster. You can receive 100% of the underwriting profit in your account, based on your service contract production. Any loss ratio less than 100% allows you to receive underwriting profit on eligible policy years.  


RE-INSURANCE PROGRAM  

Reinsurance programs include CFC (controlled foreign corporation). “Controlled” in the sense that a single shareholder typically owns 100% of the company; with options to domicile the entity in Turks & Caicos and Delaware Tribe of Indians. Tax elections are almost always applied only to investment income and dividends are taxed at favorable rates. Another option is our NCFC (non-controlled foreign corporation)-A company with multiple owners in which no one dealer controls more than 10%. The NCFC is 100% owned by dealers, providing a superior dividend feature plus a defined redemption formula.  


DOWC 

(Dealer Owned Warranty Company) Both Traditional and Hybrid models provide dealers with the opportunity to own their own service contract company.   The DOWC is located and operates fully within the United States and ownership is determined by the dealer.  Operating as a DOWC may provide the company with temporary tax benefits.
